Terms of Use
These terms describe how you may use this review site and what you can and cannot rely on. By reading the pages you accept them. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.
What this site is
This is an independent editorial review of Spin Samurai. We are not the casino, not its agent and not its customer support. We cannot open, change, freeze or close an account, and we cannot release a withdrawal or settle a dispute between you and the operator.
If you need help with an account, use the operator's own live chat or email, and keep copies of what you send.
Information and accuracy
We build each page from what the operator shows publicly: its site, its bonus pages, its forms and its support chat. We state where a figure comes from and say plainly when the operator does not publish one. Bonus terms, limits, payment options and licence details can change without notice, so check the operator's current terms before acting on anything here.
If you spot an error, tell us. We will check it against the operator's pages and correct the review if it is wrong.
When a correction is made, we change the text itself rather than hiding the old claim, and we note the month of the update on the page. Figures that the operator does not publish, such as wagering multipliers or support response times, are marked as unknown in the review and are never estimated.
No advice
Nothing on the site is financial, legal or gambling advice. Opinions and scores are our own, reached with the criteria stated in the review, and they are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience. Online gambling carries a real risk of losing money, and laws differ by state and country. You are responsible for checking that online gambling is allowed where you live.
Age and responsible play
You must be 18 or older to use the links to the casino. Set deposit and time limits before you start, never chase losses, and stop when play stops being entertainment. Free and confidential help is available through Gambling Help Online.
Commercial links
Some links to the casino are commercial. The operator may pay the site when a reader registers through them. This does not change the score or the text of the review, and we do not accept payment to alter a rating.
Liability and changes
We provide the content as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that follow from reliance on it, or for the content and conduct of third-party sites we link to. Screenshots and brand names shown in the review belong to their owners and appear only to illustrate what we describe. We may change or remove pages and these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
